After completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course with Anna at Davannayoga in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I was sure I would return one day for the 300hr Yoga Teacher Training!
The year 2020 being a crazy time, I found refuge in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at Davannayoga and completed my 300hr Yoga Teacher Training. The course is very detailed and full of valuable teachings. Upon completing the course, I feel re-inspired and more prepared to offer deeper, in-depth classes to my students due to my fuller understanding and confidence of Yoga, Yogic Philosophy, Meditation and Pranayama.
Not only did I learn how to be a better teacher and student, but gained a ton of personal insight that comes from having such powerful classes offered to me daily.
The course was offered in person with the option to participate online as well. I loved the flexibility of the course especially given the situation of 2020. The best part of Davannayoga courses being offered online is that I now have many videos and lectures to refer back to at any time!
It is really hard to put into words the incredible light that Anna shines as a teacher. It is more something that can be felt when you are in her presence or when participating in her classes. Anna is a well of inspiration and knowledge. Anna talks the talk and walks the walk of Yoga!
