PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

Anna Laurita offers private instruction to those who desire to begin a yoga journey, take their current yoga practice deeper, or just want a good ol’feel good yoga practice whether it be vinyasa or restorative yoga, or breathing practices.  Anna offers mentoring/coaching for yoga teachers and those who are opening a yoga school or starting a yoga teacher training program. 

Anna can lead your private yoga practice via Zoom (for only 45$usd per session). She will request your objective and then she moves forward in a systematic approach with you to meet your goals. She can help you by providing an integral approach combining yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology and healthy lifestyle recommendations.   Anna looks at the bigger picture. She will inspire you to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle through yogic tools that create more peace in your daily life.

Anna Laurita and other teachers from Davannayoga can come to your home or vacation home to lead individual and group classes for you and your house guests. This is a great way to stay fit and happy and to enhance your vacation if you are in Puerto Vallarta on holiday.

OFFERINGS FOR NEW STUDENTS, EXISTING STUDENTS OF YOGA AND YOGA TEACHERS

Consultation 1 ( part of a 3 class package only)  – We will discuss which style of yoga most suits you in this time of your life. We will explore your lifestyle, goals for your practice and general health and move from there determining which style of yoga would be best for you. I will go away and create a practice for your needs and time limits.

Consultation 2 – Experience the practice specially created for you. I will make changes and adjustments in alignment with your needs for your next practice session. You will be asked to practice this program I’ve given you for some time.

Consultation 3 – Explore how you have felt in your customized practice. Make any final adjustments and practice them together so that you have a practice that fits you perfectly for where you are today.

Have you been feeling out of balance emotionally, physically, or mentally? Anna is well acquainted with the subtle energy system called the chakra system and she can help you find balance again. Chakras are subtle energy systems within the body that Recieve energy, Assimilate energy, Store energy and Express energy.  Let’s get your chakras in balance again with easy movements and breathing that will clear the chakra cache, charge your chakras or help you to release excess charge.  Anna knows just how to identify the areas out of balance, and help you find your equilibrium and well being again.

Yoga At Your Villa
Anna or another Davannayoga teacher will come to your home or vacation villa to lead your practice. We provide yoga mats. Fees are $125 for up to 10 people, over 10 people, we charge $150
